What Is Email
The full form of email is electronic mail, email is an electronic way of communication when we send mail(letter/message) through an email service provider from one computer/device to another computer/device, then it is called email.
In the earlier time, we send mail or letter to our friends, relatives, or office workers through mail/courier services, and then time changed, and in 1971 Ray Tomlinson created email as part of a program for ARPANET, and we got new technology and mail became email, and now we send email from one computer to another computer.
As in earlier times, for sending a mail, we need to fill the address of sender and receiver in the mail, same in the email, we need the email address, if you want to send an email to someone, then you and the receiver both must have an email address.

What Is Email CC And BCC
If you use any email service like Gmail to send and receive emails, then at the time of composing an email you may have seen the cc and bcc option below the To(receiver address) option, so what is email cc and bcc, and what is the use of them
Let’s explore the answer of this question =>
The full form of cc and bcc in the email is carbon copy and blind carbon copy respectively, Both of these options are used to send copies of the email to other individuals along with the original receiver of the email.
Example – If I want to send an order to Anand to print the copies of the document through email, and also want to send the copy of that mail to ram (just for the information), and also want to send the copy of the order to the boss secretly,
So Anand and ram won’t know that I have also sent the copy of email to the boss, so for that =>
- I will keep Anand in To(main receiver) section – As he has to obey the order.
- I will keep ram in the cc (carbon copy) section – Anand will know that I have also sent the copy of the email to ram, and ram will know that I have sent an order to Anand.
- I will keep the boss in the bcc (blind carbon copy) section – So Anand and ram won’t know that I have also sent the copy to the boss, only the boss will know that I have ordered Anand and also sent the copy to ram.

What Is The Difference Between CC And BCC
The main difference between cc and bcc is when we send a carbon copy(cc) of the email to someone, then the original receiver of the email knows that a copy of the email has also been sent to any other person, and the cc receiver knows that to whom the original email has been sent.
But when we keep someone in bcc and send a blind carbon copy(bcc) of the email to him, then the original receiver of the email doesn’t know that a copy of the email has also been sent to any other person, only the bcc receiver knows that to whom the original email has been sent.

What Is The Difference Between A Personal And Business Gmail Account
When someone opens Gmail to create a new account then he gets two options as per the usage of the account for my self and to manage my business
That means if you want to create your Gmail account for personal use then you should select for my self and if you want to create a Gmail account to use it in your business for sending and receiving emails then you should select for my business option.
In both Gmail accounts (personal and business) you will get the same interface and same options to manage, send and receive emails
But the main difference between a personal and business Gmail account is the features and accessibility of other apps, in the personal/regular Gmail account you will get access to all other apps like blogger, YouTube, Orkut, and so on
But in the business account you will only get access to Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sites, Groups, and Video to manage them
So, if you only want to use your Gmail account for business purposes then select to manage my business option and create an account, but if you want to use your Gmail account everywhere and want access to all apps then select for my self option and create an account.
