The full form of cc and bcc in the email is carbon copy and blind carbon copy respectively, Both of these options are used to send copies of the email to other individuals along with the original receiver of the email.

What Is The Difference Between CC And BCC

The main difference between cc and bcc is when we send a carbon copy(cc) of the email to someone, then the original receiver of the email knows that a copy of the email has also been sent to any other person, and the cc receiver knows that to whom the original email has been sent.

But when we keep someone in bcc and send a blind carbon copy(bcc) of the email to him, then the original receiver of the email doesn’t know that a copy of the email has also been sent to any other person, only the bcc receiver knows that to whom the original email has been sent.
